Who we are
Polymer & Pine is a small 3D printing studio operating from Rochester, NY, USA. Orders are fulfilled by a single person — please be patient and we'll be patient with you.
Orders
- All items are made to order. Your order is confirmed when we send the confirmation email.
- We may cancel an order if we can't fulfill it (out of filament, broken machine, suspected fraud). You'll get a full refund.
- Prices and product details may change. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe. By placing an order you authorize the charge for the listed amount plus any applicable shipping and tax.
Shipping
See our Shipping & Returns page for current rates and lead times. We're not responsible for carrier delays once a package leaves our hands, but we'll help you chase it.
Refunds

Acceptable use
Don't try to break the site, scrape our catalog, or use our images without permission. Don't use our products in a way that could hurt someone — we make desk toys, not safety equipment.
No warranty beyond the refund policy
Products are sold "as is" beyond what's covered by the refund policy. We aren't liable for indirect damages (lost productivity, hurt feelings, etc.).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Monroe County, New York.
