- We're a small studio in the Rochester / 585 area. Local pickup is arranged per-order — once we confirm your quote we'll set a place and time.

- Sometimes. Small parts under a few hours of print time can usually be turned around within 24–48 hours if our queue allows. Ask first.
- Do you take STL or STEP files?
