Refund & return policy

Defects and damage are on us. Made-to-order change-of-mind isn't — but talk to us first.

We want you to be happy with what you buy. Here's how returns and refunds work.

Defective or damaged items

If something arrives broken, defective, or just plain wrong:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Send a photo of the issue along with your order reference.
  • We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

You don't need to ship the original back unless we ask for it.

Change of mind on made-to-order items

Most of what we sell is printed specifically for your order, so we can't restock it. That means:

  • Change-of-mind returns are not generally accepted.
  • But talk to us anyway. If we haven't started printing yet, we can usually cancel and refund.
  • If we have started but you have a real reason it isn't working out, we'll do what we can.

Wrong item delivered

If we shipped the wrong thing, that's our mistake — contact us and we'll fix it at no cost to you.

Lost in transit

If tracking has been silent for 10+ business days within the US, contact us and we'll start a carrier claim.

How refunds are processed

  • Refunds go back to the original payment method (the card or wallet you used at checkout).
  • Most refunds appear within 5–7 business days of approval.
  • Original shipping is refunded only if the issue was our fault.

How to start a return or refund

  1. Your order reference
  2. A short description of the issue
  3. A photo if it's defective or damaged

We respond within one business day.
