- Standard US shipping is a flat $5.
- Free shipping on US orders over $50.
- Orders ship from a home workshop in 3–5 business days. We email you tracking when the label is created.
- We don't ship internationally yet.
Returns
- Defective or damaged items: contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
- Made-to-order items aren't eligible for return for change-of-mind, but if it's not right, talk to us first.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Lost packages
If tracking has been silent for 10+ business days in the US, reach out and we'll start a claim with the carrier.
