We try to keep this site usable for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, or assistive technology.
What we aim for
We're working toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance. That means:
- All interactive elements (buttons, forms, links) are reachable with a keyboard
- Color contrast meets the minimum 4.5:1 ratio for body text
- Form fields have labels and error messages
- Images have alt text describing what they show
- Page structure uses real headings (h1, h2, h3) so screen readers can navigate
- A "skip to content" link appears at the top of every page
We test these things automatically as part of our build, so they don't regress when we ship changes.
What we know we still need to fix
- Product photos need richer alt text (we're working on it as we add real photos)
- Some color combinations on the marketing pages may have edge-case contrast issues
How to tell us about a problem
If you hit a barrier on this site — anything from a broken keyboard trap to text that's too small to read — please tell us. We take it seriously and we'll fix it.

We aim to respond within one business day and to ship a fix within two weeks for issues that block use of the site.
