Polymer & Pine ("we", "us") runs this small online shop. We try to collect as little as possible.
What we collect
- Order details — name, shipping address, email, and what you bought. We need these to ship your order and answer questions about it.
- Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
- Email — if you contact us, we keep your message and email so we can reply.
- Anonymous traffic stats — we use Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites.
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any cross-site advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To fulfill your order
- To answer your questions
- To send you order status emails (shipping, delivery, refund)
- To improve the site (anonymous, aggregate stats only)
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
- Order records: 7 years (US tax/accounting requirement)
- Contact form messages: 2 years
- Anonymous analytics: indefinitely, but it isn't tied to you
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you what data we have about you
- Correct anything wrong
- Delete your data (we'll keep order records where the law requires it)

This site uses one essential session cookie for the shopping cart and login. No tracking cookies, no third-party marketing cookies.
