What plastic do you print in?
Most products are PLA by default. Items that live in hot environments (cars, sunny windows) print in PETG. Each product page lists the material we use for that piece.
How long until my order ships?
Made-to-order items are usually printed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase.
Can I request a custom color?
Sometimes! Reach out via the contact form before ordering and we'll let you know what we have on the rack.
Do you do bulk orders?
For 25+ identical items, email us — we can usually do a small batch run at a discount.
A part broke. Now what?
Reach out within 30 days of receiving it and we'll replace it free of charge.
