Orders & timing
How long does an order take?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. I print to order, so your item goes on the print bed when you place it — not pulled from a shelf. If you have a hard deadline, reach out before ordering and I'll let you know honestly.
Can I request a specific color?
Yes, within what's on the rack. Check the current filament colors page to see what's in stock. If you need something specific, message me — I occasionally add new colors and can flag when something's coming.
Do you do custom or bulk orders?
Yes. For 25+ identical items, request a bulk quote — pricing scales down. I also do custom designs for functional parts. Contact me with your requirements and I'll get back to you within 24 hours.
Can I pick up locally in Rochester?
Yes. Rochester-area customers can skip shipping entirely — select local pickup at checkout or message me to arrange it. Same lead time applies.
Materials & durability
What materials do you use?
Mostly PLA for fidgets and everyday desk items — it's rigid, prints cleanly, and comes in the widest range of colors. PETG for anything that needs to handle heat or live outdoors. TPU for flexible or impact-resistant parts. I'll note the material on each product listing.
Is PLA safe? Can kids handle it?
PLA is a plant-based plastic (typically corn starch) and is generally considered safe for handling. It's the same material used in many toys and consumer products. That said, 3D-printed parts have layer lines and can have sharp edges if broken — not for very young children or anyone who chews on things.
Will my item fade or warp in a hot car?
PLA has a relatively low heat tolerance — it can soften in a hot car (130°F+). If your item will live in a car, bag, or outdoors, let me know and I'll print it in PETG instead, which handles heat and UV much better.
How durable are 3D-printed fidgets?
Very, for normal use. FDM-printed PLA holds up fine to daily handling, pocket carry, and desk use. It's not indestructible — dropping it hard on concrete can crack it — but for its intended use it should last years.
Shipping & returns
How much does shipping cost?
Flat $5 shipping on all US orders. Free on orders over $50. I ship via USPS First Class or Priority depending on size and weight.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. US only for now. If you're outside the US and interested in an order, reach out — I may be able to arrange something for larger quantities.
What's your return policy?
If your item arrives defective or damaged, I'll replace it free within 30 days — just send a photo. Because everything is made to order, change-of-mind returns are handled case-by-case. Reach out and we'll figure something out.
My order arrived broken — what do I do?
Message me with a photo of the damage. I'll send a replacement. No hoops to jump through — one-person shop, one person to make it right.
