What files do you accept?
STL or STEP. STEP is preferred for functional and mechanical parts because it preserves precise geometry; STL is fine for models and decorative prints.
Which materials can I choose?
PLA and PETG for everyday prints, and TPU for flexible parts. Not sure which to pick? Choose in the quote tool or ask — we'll recommend the right one for your use.
How long does a custom job take?
Most made-to-order jobs print and ship or are ready for pickup within 5–7 business days. Small parts can sometimes turn around in 24–48 hours if the queue allows — mention your deadline.
Can I pick up locally in Rochester?
Yes. Choose local pickup and we'll arrange a hand-off in the Rochester / 585 area once your order is ready — no shipping cost.
Do you offer student or bulk pricing?
